***Please note that breastmilk bottles and ice packs are not included. However, these pouches will fit standard ice packs and bottles, so you can easily use your own. Please do not put loose ice in this cooler ONLY ice packs.***

Processing: Once your order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
Domestic Shipping: Once the item is ready to be shipped our free shipping option usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS.
You can upgrade and pay for expedited shipping if you need it by a sooner date.
International Shipping: Once the item is shipped it is very difficult to predict shipping times due to customs but typically this takes 10-30 business days. There may be delays due to the customs process which is unfortunately out of our control! If you opt for expedited shipping, we offer an upgraded service through DHL which takes 1-3 business days for delivery and rarely experiences customs delays.
Return / Exchange period:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your original order to process a return. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your return slip. Once received, exchanges may take up to 10-15 business days to process.

General care advice:
- Do not over fill your bag as it may damage or distort the shape.
- Avoid exposure to grease, perfumes, cosmetics and heat.
- Store the item inside the protective dust bag when not in use.
- All spills or stains should be attended to and cleaned as soon as possible.
- Use a leather polish or protectant on your bag every 4-6 weeks.
Cleaning your product:
- Use a damp washcloth and dish soap to spot clean your bag.
- Do not vigorously scrub the bag as you can damage the vegan leather.
- Do not use any harsh chemicals to clean.
Each product will have a pink badge indicating if the item is Approved/Pending/Ineligible. If you are unsure please message us and we will let you know the status of the product.
While you cannot use your HSA/FSA card directly at checkout on website, you can get reimbursed by submitting an itemized invoice to your provider.
Before making a purchase, please check with your provider to understand their reimbursement process.
Rest assured, our products are approved and eligible for reimbursement. Simply follow your provider's instructions for reimbursement.

"These are nice quality and perfect for work. I use the Medela Hand Pump + Haaka and these fit in the smaller bag. The larger bag is where I put my medela milk bottles w an ice pack and fit fine. I use the 12oz Medela bottles (2) and a 4oz bottle and they fit fine w ice pack. These are discreet as well so I just leave them in my work fridge in between sessions!"

"These are actually the whole reason I was first drawn to Mimi and Pal. These pouches are one of a kind! They are so nice and the large one fits SO MUCH Frozen milk. We’re talking, like, 40oz. Possibly more if I use my freeze flats! The little one will be perfect to bring an ice pack and one bottle for to-go chilling if pumped milk, or to keep a bottle fresh til bin needs it. "Excellent size for bringing my dethawed breastmilk (in lansinoh bags) to my daughters childcare location each morning. I typically do a small ice pack plus 5 4oz bags, and there is room to spare! I love that it's so much less bulky and so chic compared to bringing a cooler bag. I can easily pop this in my purse or add to another bag. It is making my return to work a little easier :) Also, had amazing customer service with this! My first order had a small defect on the inside and Mimi and pals was incredibly responsive and on top of getting a replacement sent out. I 1000 out of 10 recommend this company and their products!"
"Pumping and back at work, still in my trial and error phase. I have an Ardo Alyssa with flanges, so I store the fully assembled flanges and cups in the large container with bagged milk, and keep unzipped in my office fridge, while I use the small pouch for dry parts: unopened bags, permanent marker, tubing and pump. Bags are a little stiff, not sure if it is because it is a new product and needs to relax. They hold Temperature well enough for me to make it home in 3 hrs after removing from the fridge! Not sure how to fit both bags in the bottom of my Radley"
