Processing Time:
- Standard Processing: Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. While we typically process orders faster, this time frame allows for potential delays during peak periods.
- Launch Periods: During product launches, please allow 5-10 business days for processing due to high order volume.
- Holidays: Please be aware that postal services may experience delays during holidays due to high volumes of shipments or be closed due to the holiday. We will not issue refunds for delayed shipments caused by carrier workload. We will do our best to dispatch your orders quickly.
Domestic Shipping:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $125. Once the item is ready to be shipped, our standard free shipping option via USPS usually takes 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional fee. We strive to dispatch expedited orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is with USPS or UPS. Refunds for expedited shipping will not be issued if delivery times are not met, as these fees are paid directly to third-party carriers.
International Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: We do not cover international shipping. International orders typically take 10-30 business days for delivery. Please note that customs processes can cause delays that are beyond our control.
- Expedited International Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer DHL expedited service, which generally takes 1-3 business days and rarely experiences customs delays.
- Additional Fees - We do not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders. Once your package leaves the United States, we are not responsible for customs processing, local delivery issues, or any additional fees imposed by your country. These charges are between you and your local government, and we will not refund any international taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Return Period: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return slip.
- Processing Returns: Once we receive your returned item, exchanges may take up to 10-15 business days to process.
- Return Shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping, so please request insurance for your return shipment. Returned items must be unused, with all tags intact, and in the condition you received them.
Refund Policy for Shipping:
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Once a package is shipped, we do not refund shipping costs. These fees are paid directly to third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) and are not retained by us.
- Cancellation Before Shipping: If you request to cancel your items before they are shipped, we will refund your shipping cost. If the item has already been shipped, we will not refund the shipping amount. You will need to wait until you receive the item to move forward with the return process. Additional Shipping Information:
- Overnight and Two-Day Shipping: We prioritize urgent orders for overnight or two-day shipping and dispatch them as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as these are managed by third-party carriers. Refunds for these services will not be issued if timelines are not met.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
