Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be shipped back within 14 days after receiving a return label. If the item is returned after the 14 days, we reserve the right to retain the item and deny the return.
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.*
RETURNING YOUR ORDER:
To start a return, you can contact us at REQUEST RETURN OR EXCHANGE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
To cancel your order, you can contact us at REQUEST TO CANCEL ORDER. If your order has not shipped we will cancel and refund your order right away. Return shipping cost
Return shipping costs are not covered by Mimi and Pal. Once your return is approved you will be emailed the address and information needed to return your product. Please note: when shipping your item(s) back to us, we require that you use a delivery confirmation so we can track the package. We will provide you with a shipping label via email. Mimi and Pal is not responsible for any lost exchange/return packages, which is why we require the tracking. We suggest purchasing insurance on your return package when dropping it off to the post office. Once we receive the item please wait 5-10 business days to process your request. You will be refunded for your returned item minus the shipping amount.
You can use your own shipping label but you must provide Mimi and Pal with the tracking information. Mimi and Pal is not responsible for any lost exchange/return packages and will not cover the cost of the lost items. Please purchase insurance if necessary.

Returns are not processed until the product has been received at our warehouse and inspected. Email notification is sent when returns are received and processed.

International Shipping: We do not cover the cost of shipping or return shipping for international orders. Once your package leaves the United States, we are not responsible for customs processing, local delivery issues, or any additional fees imposed by your country. These charges are between you and your local government, and we will not refund any international taxes, duties, brokerage fees or return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right. If notified right away we will cover the return shipping.
If the issue is reported outside of our 30-day policy, we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if the bag has been used, we may not be able to determine if the issue is due to a product defect or the result of how the bag was used. Please not that we do not cover return shipping on bag evaluations or bags outside the 30 day policy window.
Acceptance of Refunds or Store Credits:
Any refund or store credit offered must be accepted by the customer within 14 days of the offer date. Failure to accept within this period will result in the offer being voided, and Mimi and Pal reserves the right to decline any subsequent requests related to the original issue.
By accepting any form of refund, partial refund, or store credit for damages, inconveniences, or other issues, the sale is considered final, and the customer waives the right to return or exchange any items from that purchase.
Usage Beyond 30 Days:
Items used beyond the initial 30-day period are considered outside the scope of our return and repair policy. Any damage occurring after this period is deemed the result of regular use, and Mimi and Pal reserves the right to deny repair or return requests for such items. While we may offer assistance as a courtesy in certain cases, this is at our sole discretion and not an obligation.
Return and Replacement Policy:
We do not provide replacements for products that exhibit wear and tear resulting from normal use over time. Our policy covers defects or issues that occur within the first 30 days of purchase, as these are typically related to manufacturing or material problems. Please understand that wear and tear, such as peeling of vegan leather after extensive use, is considered a natural occurrence and is not covered under our policy. We value your satisfaction and will not replace products solely due to wear and tear.

Items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged once the sale is over for the same discount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you used our return label you will be refunded the total amount minus the shipping label cost. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation Policy
All orders are subject to review and acceptance at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized or suspicious activity, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified during the order review process.
We may also cancel orders that, in our judgment, present a risk to our business or customers.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

FSA/HSA Returns:
Purchases made with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) funds are considered final and non-returnable once the customer has received the reimbursement receipt. This policy aligns with FSA/HSA regulations. Store Credit Option: Customers wishing to return FSA/HSA eligible items will receive store credit in place of traditional refunds. Store credit can be used for future purchases.
FSA/HSA Return Process:
To return an FSA/HSA eligible item for store credit:
a. Contact our customer service department.
b. Present proof of purchase
c. Upon approval, receive store credit equal to the item's purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping.
This policy may change without notice, with updates available on our website or upon request. We reserve the right to deny any returns.
Mimi and Pal reserves the right to change, modify, or update any of our policies, including but not limited to, our return policy, terms and conditions, and any other policies related to our products and services, at any time and without prior notice. We also retain the right to exercise discretion in approving or denying returns, refunds, or other requests in accordance with our updated policies.
