What are your delivery times?
Domestic Shipping: It usually takes 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once the item is ready to be shipped our free shipping option usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS
You can upgrade and pay for expedited shipping if you need it by a sooner date.
International Shipping: we also have a 2-3 business day processing time. Once the item is shipped it is very difficult to predict shipping times due to customs but typically this takes 10-30 business days. There may be delays due to the customs process which is unfortunately out of our control! If you opt for expedited shipping, we offer an upgraded service through DHL which takes 1-3 business days for delivery and rarely experiences customs delays.
How much will shipping cost?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $80.00. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping on International purchases at this time.
If you need expedited shipping we offer an option to upgrade your shipping at checkout!
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We do not cover international shipping.
We are not responsible for international custom turn times. Some packages may take longer than usual due to COVID and facilities being short staffed. We do offer expedited shipping through DHL which rarely experience custom delays. If you chose a cheaper shipping option it could take 30+ days to reach its destination.
All customers are responsible for any duties and import fees.
How can I cancel my order?
CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
To cancel your order, you can contact us at REQUEST TO CANCEL ORDER. If your order has not shipped we will cancel and refund your order right away. If your package is already being shipped, you will need to wait until you receive your item and go through our return or exchange process.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us right away. We'll send you a shipping label to return the incorrect item and send you the correct product promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
